Miss Everett's class was so fortunate to have Ms. Tyger come present about her native culture. The first graders got to hear stories, try on Star Quilts and Gourd Shawls, and eat Fry Bread! We are so grateful!

HIV/AIDS Prevention Education Parent Information Night - September 24: In accordance with the AIDS Omnibus Act passed by the Washington State Legislature, HIV/AIDS prevention education is a mandatory part of our curriculum starting in Grade 5 through Grade 12. To comply with this mandate, Clarkston School District is hosting a Parent Information Night on September 24, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Educator Support Center (1294 Chestnut). This session will provide an overview of the HIV/AIDS prevention curriculum. Parents are invited to review the materials in advance. If, after attending the presentation, you wish to opt your student out of the curriculum, you may do so in writing.
